OpsDesk Service will manage infrastructure deployment for cloud administrators. The service will automate deployment configurations and operational tasks for distributed applications. With OpsDesk service, cloud administrators and developers will be able to define the infrastructure and resource configuration such as storage and database options and then select the operating system and instance type on which to deploy the application. OpsDesk is a configuration management service that helps you configure and operate applications in a cloud enterprise by using Chef. OpsDesk Stacks and OpsDesk for Chef Automate let you use Chef cookbooks and solutions for configuration management.

Click2Cloud Docker Toolkit for Eclipse is an application platform that allows a user to manage Docker Images and Containers with similar functionality found in the command-line docker command. Docker is software which lets you create an image (which is a lot like a template for a virtual machine) and then run instances of that image in a container. Docker maintains a vast repository of images, called the Docker Hub which you can use as starting points or as free storage for your own images. You can install Docker, choose an image you like to use, and then run an instance of it as a container.

Click2Cloud OpenShift Toolkit for Visual Studio is an application platform that allows users to build, test, deploy, and run their applications with automatic scaling. It provides a fully-fledged environment for development project and aligns with the standard workflows within Visual Studio.

Click2Cloud PaaS (Platform as a Service) Image is a container application platform that can run on various Clouds, where developers and teams can build, test, deploy, and run their containerized applications. This image could be made available on all the regions of Cloud (ECS). The platform created using this image also support the Click2Cloud OpenShift Extension for Visual Studio IDE to manage your application lifecycle on Click2Cloud PaaS Server.

Click2Cloud Migration Tool helps user to migrate local Virtual Machine to any cloud they wish to migrate there stuff too. Click2Cloud Migration Tool involves moving data or other elements between cloud environments, which is known as cloud-to-cloud migration.

Microsoft .Net on Linux:  Last year Microsoft has brought some of the core features of its .NET platform — which has traditionally been Windows-only — to Linux and Mac. The company has announced its full  .NET Core runtime for Linux and Mac OS. Now company is planning to bring SQL Server support on Linux which is still under private preview and expected to launch sometime next year. The release of .NET Core for platforms other than Windows is to fulfill the aims to meet developers where they are — instead of necessarily making them use Windows. The.NET Core and SQL Server are clearly part of this move. Microsoft want to use .NET and SQL on cross-platform in order to build and leverage a bigger ecosystem for it.
